Their crawl space was dark, damp, and the insulation was falling down. System designer, Troy King, was happy to meet with them, explain the encapsulation products and provide a free, same-day estimate. Ready to move forward, they agreed. Foreman, Warren Dickerson and his crew were soon onsite removing the old, saturated insulation and replacing it with SilverGlo on the walls. Next they rolled out the drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep things dry. Now this crawl space is dry, bright and the homeowner has loads of added storage space!

Makayla P. called Fortress Foundation Solutions after noticing musty smells coming from her crawl space. After investigating, she discovered mildew and moisture beginning to damage the wooden floor joists and falling down, moisture-saturated insulation. Our System Designer, Jordan was able to go out to this home for the free estimate. Jordans solution to this issue was to Place Smart Jacks under the floor to provide extra support. Jordan also reccommended our Clen Space Vappor Barrier to protect the home from the outside elements. The final result was a clean and bright crawl space.
