This homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions about a large crawl space under their home that was unusable due to the dirt floor and high moisture levels. This home was experiencing main level sagging floors, cracks in the walls, and floors separating from walls. There was also issues with water in the crawlspace, humidity and mold in the home. Upon inspection, we found falling insulation, rotting and moldy joists, and a basic, ineffective plastic sheet on the ground.
