Jim E. of Jessup, MD, called Fortress Foundation Solutions after noticing musty smells coming from his crawl space. After investigating, he discovered pooling water and falling down, moisture-saturated insulation. System Designer Riley Ethier met with Jim, inspected his crawl space and provided a free estimate for an EZ FLow Drainage System, a Smart Sump Sump Pump, SilverGlo insulation, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. After speaking with Riley, Jim learned that the air in the crawl space flows upward into the home. He didn't want that musty, moldy air getting into his home and decided to move forward.

Soon foreman Ethan and his crew were onsite. They began by removing the old falling-down insulation. Next, they installed the EZFlow drainage that channels all water into the Super Sump Sump Pump. For insulation, SilverGlo was put up on the walls. Drainage matting and CleanSpace Vapor Barrier were put down sealing off the ground from the home, reducing moisture. The final step, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was added. It removes excess moisture from the air keeping mold, mildew and wood rot from forming. Now Jim knows the air flowing into his home is clean and healthy and his home is protected!

This customer reached out to Fortress to get a quote to repair a very severe tripping hazard. Their front walkway had begun to sink, causing a major tripping hazard. Our System Designer, Joe, went to the property and wrote up a proposal for repairs. Happy with the estimate, our crew went back out the home and utilized our PolyLevel Concrete Repair Solution to level the concrete back to it's original position.

Stacy called Fortress Foundation Solutions after having enough of her uneven concrete drive way. One of the concrete segments had sunken and was a safety risk and an eyesore. Joe, our PolyLevel System Designer went out to her home and provided a free inspection and estimate. After reviewing, Stacy was happy and decided to move forward with the work. A few weeks later our PolyLevel crew went out to Stacy's home to repair her sunken driveway. We utilized our PolyLevel concrete leveling system to raise the sunken concrete slab and restore the safety and appearance of Stacy's driveway.

This client noticed a section of his broken concrete had become a tripping hazard, so he called Fortress Foundation Solutions, who sent out our System Designer, Chris Wilmouth, to do a thorough inspection and give the client an estimate. After the client had agreed to the estimate, we sent out our Poly crew, Mickey Knight and Dominique "Dom" Wells, who injected our PolyLevel Foam underneath the concrete slab to level it, then sealed the cracks with our NexusPro Joint Sealant. Our customer was very happy with the result!

This customer had built this home himself and felt super discouraged the patio was sinking down, he called Fortress Foundation Solutions determined to get it fixed! The Fortress Team sent our System Designer Paul to inspect the property. He discovered the patio had settled two inches from the foundation. Paul sent out our Poly Crew Mickey and Dom to use our PolyLevel Injection Foam to lift the settled patio and fill the gap between the patio and foundation.
