In Lincoln, VA, a homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions with concerns about their uneven and unsafe pool deck. Our inspection revealed soil movement and surface cracks as the main causes. To fix the issue, we used NexusPro® Joint Sealant to close cracks and protect against water damage, followed by our PolyLevel® system to lift and stabilize the sunken slabs. After injecting the expanding foam beneath the concrete, the deck was restored to a smooth, level, and secure surface. NexusPro prevents water from getting under the concrete where is can freeze and expand to cause more harm. This homeowner was elated to have peace of mind and the safety of the home restored!
