Mary S. of Purcellville, VA was ready to put her house on the market. However, prospective buyers had commented on the walkway - it was oddly tilted away from the home. She called Fortress Foundation Solutions for help. System Designer, Danny Camunas, introduced the benefits of our PolyLevel Injection Foam. This foam lifts and levels concrete quickly and Mary was ready! Foreman, Tim Gregorin and his crew fixed Mary's sidewalk. Now it is level and ready for this home to bring top dollar!

A homeowner near Waterford, VA, reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions after noticing the severe settling of the walkway by his front door. Over time, a significant tripping hazard had developed. A Fortress System Designer conducted an inspection and provided a free estimate. Soon, the Fortress PolyLevel crew arrived at the home and began their work. They drilled small holes at measured intervals into the concrete, filling these holes with PolyLevel until the walkway was lifted to be even with the brick again. Once leveled, the tiny holes were filled, and the sidewalk was restored to its original state. Now, this homeowner can confidently walk on the sidewalk without the fear of tripping!

Enzo has a beautiful pool and pool deck in Haymarket, Virginia. The pool deck is a combination of exposed aggregate concrete (pebbled concrete) and brick that creates a unique and aesthetically pleasing layout. Parts of the deck were sinking and Enzo was worried about his kids and friends stubbing their toes and tripping. He was also concerned for the health of his beautiful pool deck, so he called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a free estimate. One of our systems designers conducted the estimate and offered Enzo a permanent solution! Our concrete repair specialist used our PolyLevel Injection Foam, which is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface. He then filled all the seams between sections of concrete with our NexusPro Joint Sealant. This prevents damage from water getting underneath the concrete where it can freeze and expand in cold temperatures. These pictures show the excellent job they did! Enzo and his family were excited to be able to enjoy the pool area and entertain friends worry free!

Our System Designer went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to fix this problem.

The foreman went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports were installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed. NexusPro Crack Repair was used to seal all cracks and joints. 

Tom and Kelly noticed their sidewalk dropping over several years. Recently, drainage issues had become a problem with water coming in where the slab had pulled away. They called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a free estimate! A Fortress System Designer met with them completing an inspection and offering a solution. He recommended our PolyLevel system to lift and level the sidewalk back to its original position. Tom and Kelly were ready to go for it. Soon Tim Gregorin and his PolyLevel crew were onsite raising up the sidewalk. Now Tom and Kelly don't have to worry about water coming into their home any more.
