In the before photo, notice the uneven concrete slabs in this White Planes, Virginia home, which its owners recognized as a tripping hazard. This condition could evolve into a substantial issue, impacting both safety and aesthetics. Our team efficiently used the PolyLevel® system to stabilize, lift, and level these slabs with precision. Following stabilization, we sealed the joints with NexusPro® Joint Sealant to ensure water doesn't compromise the underlying soil or foundation. This property in Jefferson had a concrete basement floor that had sunken and was uneven with large cracks.

Our System Designer went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to fix this problem. The foreman went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports were installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the floor. The holes and control joints are then sealed. NexusPro Crack Repair was used to seal all cracks and joints.

All the tiny holes were then filled to be undetectable. Once the homeowner adds fill dirt and landscaping, the pool will once again be a beautiful oasis ready for fun!
