The basement of this home in Salem had water coming in through the foundation with rain. The homeowner reached out to Fortress to solve this problem.

Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, along with a SuperSump sump pump.

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the SuperSump and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that this homeowner will never again have to worry about a wet basement!

This homeowner in Salem reached out to Fortress because their foundation had started to settle.

One corner of their home had started to sink so they needed a permanent solution to lift the corner of their home back up to prevent further damage. Fortress did just that by installing our Interior PushPiers! 

Our PushPier systems are made of steel and are driven deep into the soil beneath a foundation to solve settlement problems. Push piers can be installed inside or outside your foundation walls and are not visible once the repair is complete. This homeowner can now rest assured knowing their foundation is supported and stabilized!

This homeowner located in Broadway, VA contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions because they were receiving water in their crawl space, causing their floor joists to rot. The floors in their home had started to sag, so our System Designer, Paul Heckman, recommended that we install our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier along with our SmartJack Crawl Space Support System.

This customer called Fortress Foundation Solutions with wall that was drastically slanting. Fortress solved this problem by installing a series of GeoLocks to ensure that the wall would always be straight.

This basement in Staunton, Virginia had some slight bowing of the cinderblock walls. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed our Carbon Armor straps on the walls to stabilize the walls.
