After months of trying to find someone to help out with this home, our System Designer, Adam Catterson, was able to quickly provide a solution for this homeowner and the settling foundation on a corner of their garage. 

Our crew led by Foreman, Rob Burger, installed two Helical Piers to bring the garage back to its original level and to support it the way that it should be. 

The homeowners in Frederick, MD began to see the wall in their basement start to bow inward. They called Fortress Foundation Solutions to fix this issue. Our System Designer, Dave was able to go out to this home an assess the issue at hand. Dave decided the best solution to this problem would be Carbon Armor strips, Power Braces and also Geo Locks. All of these products help to stabilize the wall to prevent the wall from collapsing any further.

Nathan R. was getting ready to purchase a home near Oakton, VA. The home inspector found some foundation damage around the chimney. Nathan wanted to have it checked before purchasing the home; so he called Fortress Foundation Solutions. System Designer Santiago Garzon, our real estate expert, met with the potential home buyer. After an inspection, Santiago provided a free estimate for his recommendation - Push Piers. Push Piers are steel rods driven under the home's footer to provide stabilization and prevent further settlement. Nathan was then able to negotiate the price of the repair with the seller and purchase the home. After the closing, a Fortress crew completed the installation. Now Nathan can be confident knowing the foundation of his new home is secure!

Ian D., of Potomac, MD, noticed his basement walls bowing more and more. He also had stairstep cracks in the walls that were growing. He called the foundation experts - Fortress Foundation Solutions!  A System Designer met with him and provided a free estimate to permanently stabilize his walls: a Carbon Armor Wall System.
