This homeowner's crawlspace was in bad shape. It was holding a lot of moisture, causing the insullation to fall and the air quality to be less than ideal. A damp crawlspace can also threaten the integrity of the home by weakening the floor joists and beams. They called Fortress Foundation Solutions for help. Our systems designer went out and gave them a free estimate and proposed a solution to save their crawlspace. A crew installed a full encapsulation using our CleanSpace vapor barrier and SilverGlo insulation. They also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which acts as an air purifier as well as a dehumidifier. This crawlspace is now safe from moisture and critters and has been turned into a usable space for storage. On top of all that, the homeowners can have peace of mind that they are breathing the cleanest air thanks to the SaniDry Sedona. 

The existing sump location was not ideal for the water issued that were present in the home.  A new optimal location was chosen and in conjucntion with WaterGuard the Super Sump will efficiently and effective manage the water in the space.

 Our System Designer, Robert Briggs, went out to this home and provided a free, no obligation estimate. Robert concluded the best solution to this issue would be our WaterGuard system with a SuperSump sump pump. This system gets the water to the SuperSump through the WaterGuard. The SuperSump pumps that water outside and away from the house. The final result: a clean, dry basement!

This unfinished basement in Rockingham, Virginia had some water seepiing into the home through the walls. Fortress solved this by installing our Super Sump pump and our Clean Space vapor barrier on the basement wall.

This customer near Goldvein, VA, called Fortress Foundation Solutions after water in that basement was disturbing their business. They made an appointment with a Fortress System Designer who completed an inspection of the area. After explaining our products and process, they were interested in an all-inclusive package. After installing our WaterGuard System, the dry wall remained unfinished. Wanting to resume their business as soon as possible, our crew installed the Everlast Wall System. These are wall panels put up over the section of wall that must be cut to install our WaterGuard System. They go up quickly, look amazing and are moisture proof! Now this homeowner can keep their business going with no more interruptions.
