I can't describe how relieved I am to have my basement flooding issues over. After receiving 4 inches of rain this week, not a drop of water in my basement due to the TripleSafe Sump System install by Fortress Foundation. A big thank you to Caleb Stone for answering all of my questions and recommending a solution that gives me peace of mind. My only regret is that I didn't contact Fortress Foundation years ago!

Restoring a 1910 Colonial Revival is always a difficult yet rewarding experience that requires patience , and expectation of the unknowable obstacles that will derail any attempt at a budget .The surprise came during a record breaking winter in the form of a Rat infestation that includedGnawing on the new plumbing lines 12 different ones and nesting inside the brand new installation along with having babies throughout the crawl spaces. The result (4 years after eliminating the rodent community), was a disgusting mess and the dampness that encouraged Mold and pieces of the used installation drooping from the ceiling.Enter Fortress Foundation Solutions!Eddie came to the house prepared, lots of science based material, diagrams, product and most importantly, a plan of action that was encapsulation of the dual crawl spaces at a reasonable price. But when the crew showed up, that’s when I realized what a valuable resource this Company truly is.Enter “ El Jefe”, Nick Burke along with his crew the adorable Dante and Jarred. (My description). In one day this dream team transformed the Hellish space into a safe , clean and functional crawl space that went from 61 degrees of humidity to a perfect 55 degrees. I would even allow my grandchild, Wild Bill to explore now.It’s a rarity when people or companies actually do exactly what they promise . In this case , Fortress Foundation Solutions delivers more than I expected ; and did it with humor and joy!PS: I need to also include their Master Electrician, Jeremy West who installed the dedicated line for the dehumidifier. What a gem and a very intelligent, professional who was a pleasure to work with . Bravo to the team !

Great experience with this company, from Troy coming by to assess what repairs were needed and explain the process, to Nathan and his crew Mickey and Dakota doing the installation/repair work itself. They were communicative, professional, and prompt. The results look great and now I don't have to worry about the foundation shifting further. Thanks, guys!

Clint demonstrated timeliness, knowledgeability, and most important, honesty. First, he showed up right on time and gave me a call in advance to let me know when he would be there. Then, he did a thorough inspection of my basement and told me what was working well currently and what he recommends having addressed. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need. Overall I had a good experience and will be choosing Fortress for any future work.

Fortress Foundations Solutions fixed our basement problems! Our crawl space is clean, bright and dry (also, not creepy looking anymore!). Very professional and honest people. They do great work and on a timely manner. If you ever need any foundation, waterproofing, concrete leveling, or electrical or plumbing work done, yes they have an electrical department and plumbing as well which makes it awesome for a one stop shop! If you're having problems in any of those areas you should give them a call for a fast free estimate.

I had my dehumidifer installation set for next week, but Kevin called to see if we could schedule it earlier because it was getting warmer outside—grateful he thought of that! He also put the unit in a better location near the drain. Kevin was quick, kind, and explained the service/warranty/what to look for if the unit has problems.

Kevin came to our house today to maintenance our sump pump, he was exceptional to say the least. He gave up his Saturday to accommodate with our busy schedule. What I enjoyed the most was talking sports and wrestling with Kevin. He’s a 70s baby just like myself. Only problem was Kevin is a Duke fan and I’m UNC all day, but we made it work . Look forward to seeing Kevin again next year
