The Fortress Foundations Crew was fantastic! Cope was our crew lead and he was an amazing communicator and was on top of every step of the process. We told him it was FORTRESS and he said, “good choice. I see a lot of companies work in they are always by far the best.”Ahead of construction, Danny the sales rep was super clear with what would take place and what to expect and answered multiple questions that I had with patience and clarity.Would recommend to anyone. I’m very pleased with my experience with Fortress Foundation Solutions. We needed help with waterproofing our basement which was a very stressful problem. From the beginning, Danny was super reassuring and helped ease the stress during the initial estimate and gave us a detailed breakdown of how our problem could be fixed. He was very patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly. On the day the project started, Nathan our foreman called and gave us a heads up on when his crew would arrive. Nathan and his crew Mickey, Dakota, and Joey went above and beyond to fix our basement and to make sure the job was done the RIGHT way. These guys worked super hard and were very detailed oriented and were able to get our job done in 2 days! Needless to say, I’m very impressed with the crew and the company!
