2 weeks ago New Loved working with Kurtis to understand what was going on in our back room that is half underground. We kept trying to fix it ourselves, but didn't have the expertise needed to know where the water was coming really from.Thank you so much, Fortress and Kurtis, for your professionalism, expertise, and ability to translate the water problem into plain English! They fixed it, left it clean and ready for use again! Way to go to prevent mold!

On July 24th, 2026, Pete, Steve and Tim arrived on time to put my French drain in my basement. They were very friendly, courteous and respectful of our home. They were here and gone in a matter of hours, leaving no mess whatsoever. The work area was left neat and clean and anything they moved, was put back in it's place. Shout out to Caleb as well, he was the one that came out to explain everything and to provide an estimate. Everyone that I had contact with, including the main office were helpful and I was very impressed about their quick responses when I reached out with a question. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND FORTRESS FOUNDATION SOLUTIONS!

Excellent basement French drain install, with hi quality 'Triple Safe' industrial grade sump pumps. Front sales is sooo much more knowledgeable than the other foundation places, as they used do installs, and had great communications to the actual install team, who were obviously also very experienced. Know how to handle radon sensitive installs too! A league above the rest! Now protected from those 100 year floods that now happen every 10 years ;)

Our yearly maintenance was accomplished by KEVIN and he deserves 5 gold stars! Kevin is timely, efficient, professional and explained the details of his tasks accomplished. Thank you!

Jordan and Donny were great to work with. I had a sump pump replaced and floor drain installed along with a fabric to protect from water intrusion through a small crack in the foundation. Jordan called me with an ETA, which was very helpful for planning, and they arrived right on time. They put down covers on my stairs and flooring to protect my home and cleaned up after themselves. Jordan explained every step of the process and further explained how to re-install the insulation once the concrete was dry. The work was completed in a little over 2 hours and the pump is working well. Jordan also explained the warranty on the work. I would recommend this company and this crew.

Nothing but praise for the Fortress Foundation team! From the start, their team was comprehensive in their approach and made everything super easy. The wall of my crawl space was slightly caving in due to pressure from water flowing downward in the backyard towards the foundation. Adam came out quickly to check out the situation, was thorough in his assessment (including checking in with neighbors to see if they had the same issue) and he sent through a detailed quote. Their team was able to schedule the work quickly and took care of everything without me having to be present at the property since I don't live there full time. Santiago and his crew, Rony Sr. and Rony Jr., clearly know how to deliver for customers. They let me know when they were arriving, called to let me know how everything went, and sent through lots of pictures of the completed work. I can't believe they were able to fully reinforce the crawl space and fix the cracked exterior block of the foundation all in less than 8 hours. I'm super pleased with their work and the customer service I received and would absolute recommend them for any foundation-related needs!
