My bathroom floor was uneven, and I suspected the worst: that I needed foundation joist repair. I contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions and Eddie Salido inspected my bathroom floor and my foundation, and he concluded that my foundation joists and floorboards were in good condition. He said that I have a leaky toilet that has damaged the subfloor. He advised me to call a plumber and said he could probably fix the subfloor. I followed his advice, and I hired a plumber who will repair my leaky toilet and replace the subfloor.Mr. Salido was professional, polite, and knowledgeable about his profession. Cody was so thorough and came back several times to help us figure out the root of the problem. Cody’s last visit today was to apply more cactus juice to the problem area. He feels like this will be the solution and we can put the flooring back down. I highly recommend fortress and especially Cody.

Firstly, Chris made a visit to gauge the scope of work and the materials required. His is very professional and we kept in touch prior to the repair crew arriving a few weeks later.Tim and his crew arrived earlier than expected and went right to work. Their methods were far superior to another company that was out here a few years back who did a slap and dab with their caulking product. Pad lifting was fair but not good. Chris had emphasize the need to lift the pads to the weep holes in the retaining wall that is 52' long.Tim kept me apprise of their progress and the final result looks great. The clean-up was excellent and nothing was left behind but the great work. Five stars for certain and a highly recommended company for a wet basement (MIL) and our driveway and large parking area.

Joe came out to evaluate and give a detailed analysis on how to resolve our cracked concrete floor in our garage. Joe was very detailed about what was to be done and also showed a video that clearly explains how the floor would be corrected. I appreciate the help from fortress and their professionalism with this project. I would absolutely recommend fortress to anyone .

I have worked with Danny on two concrete lifting and leveling projects and he has always been great to work with! He didn’t just give us a quote, he took his time to walk through the project and educate us on the why and how of the repair process. We used Fortress Foundation Solutions for an urgently needed sidewalk lift on a new home we recently purchased, to help movers safely transport our contents.Riley responded quickly and Fortress worked with us to schedule the work two days before the movers arrived. The whole Fortress team was great at communicating, educating on the product and the process of lifting the sidewalk.The day the work was done, we were driving to our new home in West Virginia, but Ethan, the foam foreman, called and talked us through the work, then called again when the job was done to inform on how the job went, and sent a photo to show us the result and advised on follow-up care.Great people, communication, professionalism and results.
