Sure-Dry's crew came within just a few days and had applied Supplemental Beams to their basement ceiling and then attached SmartJacks to those beams. SmartJacks, made of galvanized steel, permanently stabilize the first floor from settling right away. As well as, they are meant to prevent further sagging so you won't have to deal with this issue again! However, if future settlement of the home does occur, the SmartJacks will easily be adjusted to fix the sagging floor.
