After:
Sure-Dry installed an EverBrace™ Wall Restoration System to permanently support the compromised foundation walls and restore load-bearing stability. Beneath the home, a series of SmartJack® supports were set to lift and stabilize sagging beams, with torque and load verification performed based on Wisconsin soil conditions to ensure reliable long-term performance.
The home is now structurally supported, giving the homeowner confidence in a safer, reinforced foundation.

Before:
A homeowner in Denmark noticed bouncy, uneven floors, small gaps opening at baseboards, and interior doors beginning to stick. In the crawl space, several wood posts were tilting on undersized pads, and some joists showed signs of deflection. After placing new steel support beams where needed, we adjusted the SmartJacks® to bring floors back toward level and eliminate bounce.
