When homeowners in Lena, WI heard of the great work Sure-Dry provides, they decided it was best to give us a call and see if we had a solution to their sunken kitchen floors and we did. Over time, the lumber can begin to deteriorate due to mold and rot, which is exactly what happened in this situation.

However, our team knew just what to do. We installed 3 SmartJacks and 1 Supplemental Beam to their basement ceilings right below their kitchen. Both of these products are made of galvanized steel and will not mold and rot. They work to straighten and strengthen the sagging floor above.

The basement corner is now fully secured, ensuring consistent protection and long-term structural performance throughout the foundation.
