Before:
A Westfield homeowner was planning a new deck but was concerned about soft soils and Wisconsin’s freeze–thaw cycles shifting traditional concrete footings. They wanted a foundation solution that was code-compliant, fast to install, and stable enough to protect their investment long term.

After:
We installed helical piers at each planned post location to create a deep, load-bearing foundation below the active soil zone. Each pier was advanced to engineer-specified torque, confirming bearing capacity. Low-impact equipment allowed tight-access installation with minimal disturbance to the yard. The piers accepted new-construction caps so the framing could begin immediately.

The result is a deck foundation that resists settlement and frost heave, ready for same-day construction and built to perform for years.

After:
Our team installed the Geo-Lock™ Wall Anchor System, which uses heavy-duty steel anchors embedded in stable soil outside the home, connected to steel plates inside the basement wall. Once tightened, these anchors immediately stabilized the walls and gave the homeowner the opportunity to gradually straighten them over time.

The basement walls are now secure, the home’s foundation is protected, and the customer can rest easy knowing their biggest investment is reinforced for the future.
