Let me give you a little background. We have lived in our house for five years. Five wet tiresome years. We had our first episode three days after we moved into this house. We spent endless hours and phone calls to try to resolve this problem. We had engineers, top in the business, we had water experts, years in the field, not one single person had a direct answer to why this was happening. They did have one common conclusion though, THIS WAS A BIG JOB. They would have to dig up the entire house, put in drains, 3-4 pumps etc. This was to the tune of $20 - 25,000.00. This was not feasible. We continued to get water. We would manually pump, bail, pray and loose sleep. Two months ago we a storm with torrential rains, we got hammered. The water was so bad we had to call the Fire Department and shut down our furnace.  We were at the end of our rope. The following day I called Basement Systems the staff was courteous and had a sales representative, Rainer returned my call promptly. We scheduled an appointment. He came to our home and in twenty minutes closed the deal. He called me the next morning as promised with an installation date. Three weeks later the men arrived on time and did a spectacular job. We have since had two occasions since the job was completed that we know we would have had water but our finished rec room remains dry as a bone. It has already saved us time, money and aggravation. I would like to close by saying, Jared and I own our own company. We service clients on a daily basis. It was refreshing to do business with a company that was servicing us with the same value and respect as we service our clients. This is very rare today. This is NOT a concern, but rather a note to thank you and to tell you how happy we are that our basement water problems are in the competent hands of Connecticut Basement Systems. Whenever your technicians come up to service our pumps they are great! We did have a problem last evening. On Monday we had a new double battery installed and service on both the pumps. Unfortunately the connection wasn't tightened and there was water leaking. A wonderful technician arrived a couple of hours later and fixed the problem immediately...driving an hour's distance. I never feel that you are trying to sell us something we don't need and your techs seem to be trying to help us save money if possible. Thank you for your service!! Judy & Bob

I have NO concerns!!! This note is far overdue. In the spring your company came to extend the pipe from our stump pump to the woods so that our property would not be so wet. We were planning a wedding in about a month and a half from when the work was done. Because of the distance from the pump to the woods, your technician planned to use equipment to dig the trench for the pipe. When I explained that we needed the lawn to look good for the wedding he HAND DUG the trench leaving the lawn almost as good as it was previous to the work. I want to thank Connecticut Basements for being so helpful and considerate. This is not the first time that we have found your company to go out of your way to help customers. Please feel free to use my name and/or this note in any advertising. Connecticut Basement Systems is the BEST!!! You rock!!!

You sent Brendan out today to double check to make sure the sump pumps were working properly. I just wanted to tell you that you can send him out here any time, he is a delight. He was charming and nice and anytime we need service please send us Brendan. We really like Basement Systems and you always done well by us and we always have good things to say about you guys. Brian, Thank you and CT Basement Systems for the prompt help with my issue. As I mentioned, my daughter is getting married this week and we have a house full of guests from out of town. It would not be a very good time to also have to deal with a flood. Bill just left. He was pleasant and clearly knew his business. He did a professional job of cleaning out the sludge, showing me the workings of the system and letting me know realistic expectations on the motor life. That said, I decided to err on the side of caution and replace the motor which he had with him. He finished up and cleaned up everything – then last we walked outside to be sure the ejection area was in order. I can rest assured that what was a panic situation just a short time ago is dealt with. Thanks again for all your help and having wonderful and knowledgeable field service folks. They certainly saved the day here.

I was also very impressed with your installation crew and how hard they worked especially considering how bad the weather was and they still got all the work done in one day!!!
