I want to tell you what an excellent service visit I had this morning with Brue Toth. His attention to detail was exceptional. His willingness to help me better understand the system was equally exceptional!

Allan and his team did the drain, sump and exterior work this week and Rafael should be doing the walls and floor today and tomorrow. I've got admit, I'm more than pleasantly surprised with the quality of the work! It's not done yet, but I'm thinking it will look pretty darn good when finished! I'm glad I'll finally have a livable space again and won't have to worry about my health when washing clothes!

A year ago, we needed to have a damp crawl space covered up. Because I have used Basement Systems years ago with a different home, I decided to get their service again. The installation team was excellent and explained the process to me. Since then, the upstairs above the crawl space is much drier. 

Victor and Ben raised our sunken front stoop today. They were efficient and professional. Great job!

One of our salesmen, Rick R. sent in an email to the Service Dept 8/10/11. He wanted to let us know that one of his customers was a little upset, but is now thrilled after having our Service Tech Nick there.  They said that Nick took off the top of the Triplesafe and explained everything to them and now they're very happy customers!  Just wanted to thank us for the WOW service! 

I am SO impressed by Phil, I will only request him. He was great!
