Joe and Jill, homeowners in Bonne Terre, Missouri, were experiencing a very humid basement that was developing a smell. They had worked with Woods Basement Systems before for Geo-Lock Wall Anchors and a TripleSafe sump pump, so they gave us a call back. System Design Specialist Bill C. developed the perfect plan to get their basement humidity down and odor-free. 

Foreman Kevin J. and his crew installed CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls and WaterGuard around the perimeter. The CleanSpace used on the walls will collect any water vapor that makes it through the porous walls. Instead of evaporating into the basement, it will now be caught and redirected to the WaterGuard. The WaterGuard will collect the water and take it to the sump pump to be removed from the home. 

Joe and Jill can now enjoy a dry basement. 

Bob and Jamie L. of Bonne Terre, Missouri had a moist, musty crawl space that needed repaired, so they called Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, John S. recommended installing a SmartSump pump and CleanSpace.

Kelli of Saint Charles, Missouri has previously worked with Woods Basement Systems to restore her damaged walls in her basement. After the completion of this project, she also wanted to waterproof the space. She worked with system design specialist, Pete L. to see what was the best solution for her home. Foreman, Kevin J., installed the CleanSpace and now Kelli can reassure that her basement is waterproofed!

A crawlspace was becoming unstable in Saint Charles, MO, and moisture was also entering it. To solve these issues, the SmartJack System was first installed. These are steel support systems that can permanently stabilize and level the floor joists and girders in a crawlspace. These add strength and stability to the existing columns and piers in the crawlspace. Next, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. This will isolate the crawlspace from the ground. It also controls water, humidity, outside air infiltration, and heat loss. The white finish will brighten the crawlspace and make it easier to see inside. These systems will keep the crawlspace dry and stable for years to come!
