A basement foundation in Barnhart, MO was settling, causing cracks to appear in the walls. These cracks were leaking water, causing mold to grow. To solve these issues, Woods first installed the DryTrak Basement Water Control System. This permanent seal removes seepage from the floor-wall joint and directs it to the sump system. It also lowers the water table around the foundation, relieving hydrostatic pressure. Next, a CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will stop water vapor from permeating the walls, and drain any wall leaks. Lastly, GeoLock Wall Anchors were installed to permanently stabilize the foundation. These will also help straighten the walls back to their original position, and close up any cracks. This basement will stay dry, clean, and stable for years to come!

A crawlspace had flooded in Fenton, MO and there was nowhere for the water to go. To solve this issue, a CleanSpace Encapsulation System was first installed. Support blocks were failing in a crawlspace in Pevely, MO, causing the overhead beams to shift and separate. To solve this issue, the SmartJack System was installed. This will stabilize the beams and floor joists in the crawlspace and lift the floor above it back toward its original elevation. Floor bounce caused by weakened joists or excessive spans will also be reduced. This crawlspace will remain stable and restore peace of mind for years to come!
