Customer, Michael of St. Charles, Missouri was wanting to finish his basement, but there was a crack in his foundation that was causing water to leak in, so he decided to call Woods Basement systems to find a solution. Systems design specialist, Chris T., recommended installing a TripleSafe pump, WaterGuard, and CleanSpace wall solution.

Foreman, Jose L. installed the products. The TripleSafe pump works in three ways to keep a basement or crawl space dry. It uses a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery-powered backup pump to guarantee that your basement stays dry. WaterGuard is installed into the perimeter of the a basement floor and works to guide water to the sump pump where it will be removed from the home. CleanSpace wall solution collects water that seeps through basement walls and protects form water damage.

A homeowner in Saint Charles, MO wanted the dirt crawlspace sealed up, so the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. This will separate the crawlspace from the earth and will reduce the humidity level. Any mold growth will also be eliminated, making the whole house healthier. Lastly, the white color will brighten the crawlspace and make it easier to see inside it. This crawlspace will now remain clean and dry for years to come!
