We pour a new concrete wall with specialized bracing next to the failing wall, so there is no excavation needed. SmartJacks are galvanized steel beams that are custom fit to support and even lift your floors above. The galvanized coating protects the beams from rusting, and each SmartJack can support over 60,000 lbs of weight.
