When this homeowner living in Leominster, MA was struck with the sight of basement water, he began to panic. He owned valuable items he stored in his basement, and half of them got ruined by water damage! To prevent any more stress, our team installed a WaterGuard interior drainage system. This is our interior, sub-floor drainage channel that collects the wall and floor seepage before it reaches the floor. Here, you can see we are keeping important basement appliances dry and safe from surface water! 

A homeowner contacted us due to having a small crack in his basement wall which was letting a small amount of water through. Our team used FlexiSpan to seal the crack and prevent it from leaking again in the future. 

Flexispan differs from other crack fillers or sealents in two major ways. First, Flexispan eliminates the use of messy expoxy injections and instead seals the crack with a flexible sealent that will stop water seeping through the crack. The other key factor in our Flexispan system is that it doesn't end with sealent. Our system uses an additional step to make sure that no seepage will make it pass the sealent. A second layer of  beveled foam is used, which would drain any small amount of additional seepage down into your drainage system or into a small drywell created under the basement floor. 

Our crew was called out by a homeowner who had a hairline crack in their foundation. The house was built in 2016 and the builders put something on this crack to try and seal it but it did not work. Our WaterGuard Drainage System is the perfect solution for basement water leaks, as it is beneath the flooring and collects the water before it has the chance to get to the center of the floor. It works great alongside a sump pump system because the water trickles in through the WaterGuard that is directed into the sump pump where it gets shipped out and away from your home.
