Before and after the installation of a sump pump and a SaniDry dehumidifier in Worcester, MA

A customer in Worcester, MA had no intentions of getting a sump pump until he endured several heavy rainstorms! That's one way to change your mind, because after, he called us for a sump pump! For this job, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump, designed to discharge heavy volumes of water during storms and power outages. Now, he is grateful to have changed his views on sump pumps, and plans on having us service his system for the years to come! 

This basement in Worcester, MA was made of stone walls, so already it was vulnerable to water intrusion due to how porous these walls can be. Knowing that water can easily seep in, the homeowner wanted a waterproofing solution to avoid costly structural damages. To his delight, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump to discharge the water, WaterGuard interior drainage system to collect the seepage and placed CleanSpace on the wall to help direct the wall seepage into the WaterGuard itself! 

This homeowner in Worcester, MA reached out to us because their basement was taking on water through the foundation. Our inspector, Dave, went out to the home and drew up a waterproofing solution. On installation day, our foreman, Lucio, and his crew started by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the wall to corral the seepage into our WaterGuard drainage system which was installed around the floor's perimeter to collect the groundwater. All of that water is then channeled into the SuperSump Plus sump pump. The SuperSump Plus sends it all out of the basement through a discharge line and on the outside of the home, our IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent flooding if the discharge line ever clogs or freezes. Now the homeowner can feel confident that their basement will be staying dry from now on!

This additional basement nook storage area had stone & concrete walls, that were allowing water to seep through into this space and also the basement and laundry areas. Although there was a sump pump in place in the basement, it wasn't really able to work for this particular area that was leaking, as the water wasn't making its way to the sump pump, and instead would cause puddling on the floors that just stayed there. With the installation of our CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier, WaterGuard french drain system, and SuperSump Plus pumping system - these water issues are now a problem of the past.
