Window wells often become filled with plants and vegetation.  This example in Grand Rapids was even starting to crack and fall apart.  The SunHouse window well cover ensures the area won't be filled with unwanted debris and plant life.  The SunHouse's light color and curved shape also works to direct sunlight into your basement to help heat it up a little bit and give the dark basement space some natural sunlight.  

Cracks in walls are often caused by foundation settlement, freezing, frosting, and hydrostatic pressure.  These factors can cause cracks in basement walls that can look both unsightly, but also in some cases could be a safety hazard.  Using FlexiSpan, we are able to not only seal the crack but we also created a drywell under the wall in case more leakage occurs.  

This Duplex had some water issues in the basement so the property manager called us for a solution. We installed The SuperSump Plus and a feed line so the water entering the area can be discharged outside of the home. The SuperSump Plus helps to keep the basement dry and healthy for extended periods of time, even in times where there is heavy rain. There is also an added battery so the sump pump will continue to pump water out of your home in the case of a power outage!

The homeowners in Grand Rapids, MI had water seeping into their basement through the floor. Because of the heavy rains they were experiencing, that seeping water was turning into standing water in the basement. The homeowners did have an existing sump pump, but so much water was coming into the basement that it could not handle it.

The first pump will remove the water from you home effectively. The second pump has a seperate discharge line and is more powerful. The second pump is there for you in the rare cases that you need it. Lastly, the third pump is equipped with batteries so it is there for you if the power goes out. 

Thanks to the TripleSafe sump pump the homeowners basement is now clean and dry.  

Dan V. wasn't having any basement waterproofing issues but needed to replace an old basement window. Our field supervisor Ron N. designed a solution for Dan V. that included a code-compliant egress window with built-in steps to allow his family a safe exit from their basement room in case of an emergency.

While not pictured, we covered this window well with a safety cover designed to keep debris out while letting in beautiful, natural sunlight. These window well covers can also withstand rust, rot, rain, snow and UV rays. You can see the dramatic difference in the size of the window and the ability for a quick emergency exit.
