The homeowner in Holland, MI noticed water seeping into his home where the floor and the walls meet. There was so much water coming in that it was leaving pools all around his basement and caused damage to his floor. 

To prevent further damage, our professional team installed WaterGuard long lasting interior perimeter drainage system. The WaterGuard system is designed to capture floor and wall seepage before the water hits the basement floor and causes damage. WaterGuard goes along the perimeter of your basement sitting on top of the footing so you do not have to worry about it being clogged by mud or other debris. Once the system captures the water, it immediately carries it to the sump pump. The sump pump then removes the water from the home! Thanks to WaterGuard the homeowners basement is now clean and dry! 

In the before picture you see the damage the standing water caused to the homeowners basement floors and in the after picture you see the WaterGuard system before it is covered with a clean layer of concrete.

During heavy rainfall, Beltran noticed water pooling in his finished basement. Randy and his team decided to fit the home with a draining system that would be installed underneath the home's finished basement flooring. The system used is called a WaterGuard and consists of channels installed into the foundational floor. The channels direct the water away from the home, never giving it chance to reach the surface. The basement flooring is placed on top of the system, making it invisible as well as reliable.

Rob wanted to have Egress Windows installed to replace his small windows in the basement. He called up Ayers to go ahead with the installation.
