Casandra called Ayers because she was interested in getting an Egress Window installed. We had our customer care team set up an appointment time that worked for her and the installation process began. Richard was looking to waterproof his basement as various issues concerned him. Richard decided to contact Ayers and set up an inspection of his home. The team at Ayers concluded from a review that water was leaking into the house through the foundation. Richard opted to have various products installed, yet one, in particular, was the TripleSafe. While Richard had a sump pump present before, it could have done its job better! Thus, TripleSafe was installed, which houses three pumps within one-liner for maximum precautions against water! Sometimes it's easy to think you've solved a problem. This customer called when he pulled back his finished basement's carpet to find mold, but originally canceled his appointment with us because he thought clogged gutters were the culprit behind the flooding. But a few weeks later, he had clean gutters and another round of flooding, so he called on us to get to the bottom of the problem.

We installed WaterGuard and a SuperSump, as well as a new LawnScape outlet with IceGuard, and don't anticipate any future problems, gutter or otherwise.
