The homeowners were noticing water getting into their basement during the winter months when the snow melted and when it rained.  The water was leaking down the walls and seeping through the floor causing water damage in the area. The homeowners were tired of all the moisture being captured in their basement and causing damage.

Our professional team installed WaterGuard drainage system to combat the pesky water.  The WaterGuard drainage system goes along the interior perimeter of the home sitting on top of the footing. The system sits on top of the footing, away from any mud, so it doesn't get clogged. WaterGuard captures the wall and floor seepage and drains it to the sump pump, which effectively removes the water from the home.  The system is then covered with concrete to give your basement a clean and dry look! The after picture is showing the product after it is completely installed and ready to go! 

Gloria and Jeff had a small egress window that made their basement feel dark, cold, and uninviting. Not to mention, it was letting in a small stream of water. No matter the amount, over time water causes damage. They called our team and we came out and installed a new egress window and window well. Now the space is bright and airy and there aren’t any leaks coming from the egress window. The window well won’t deteriorate over time, won’t require any maintenance, and will aid in letting in lots of light. Gloria and John won’t have to worry about maintenance and can just enjoy their basement without the trickle of water and with more natural light. 

Sue's old sump pump failed after the last storm, and water was pooling on her basement floor. She knew she needed it replaced, so she researched her options online and called Ayers to learn about our waterproofing solutions. We sent a crew of experts to evaluate, and they recommended installing the TripleSafe sump pump. TripleSafe is equipped with three separate pumps to prevent failure: the primary, the backup, and a battery-powered backup in case of power outages. Sue is relieved to have a new pump and a dry basement!

Glenda worked at a church over 100 years old and noticed water intrusion in the basement. She called Ayers for solutions, so we sent a team to the church. First, we installed WaterGaurd below the basement floor around the walls to ensure leaks get collected in this drainage system. To conceal the drain, we pour concrete over it. Next, we replaced her old corroded sump pump with TripleSafe. This three-pump system fits in one durable liner and can keep up with higher volumes of water. Glenda is thrilled to keep this church in better shape for all the visitors!

Lowell has some issues with his home being cold and pipes freezing in the winter. He wanted to insulate his crawl space and seal it off from the outside to solve these problems. We first insulated the crawl space to help keep the cold air out and warm air in. We then laid down the CleanSpace Liner which is a thick durable liner which keeps water vapor, pests, mold, and humidity out of the area.
