Rob was looking into getting the basement of his business waterproofed after he noticed this pesky water intrusion issue so he decided to call Ayers. After our System Design Specialists came to check it out, it was determined he could use our WaterGuard System and our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Since water was leaking in through the walls, WaterGuard will provide the perfect fix as this is a sub-floor drainage system that collects water leaking in through the wall. It is placed along the basement's perimeter and is concealed with concrete. Then TripleSafe was added since this is a three pump system that fits in one durable liner and takes care of the water.

After these waterproofing measures were taken, Rob was able to ease his worries about his business getting damaged from these leaks!

The crew took a trip to Williamston, MI with 7 SmartJacks – essentially no different than a car jack but with the strength to raise an entire floor. After laying the jacks on the crawl space floor, they were raised to a height that would restore the floor joists (crawl space ceiling) to their original positions. The strength of SmartJacks, which can hold over 60,000 pounds, will help keep both this crawl space and the entire home protected.

Unfortunately, as time goes on, concrete walls begin to crack and our customer Charles H. witnessed just that.
