This Kalamazoo, MI home was built in 2001 and is now starting to show slight foundation concerns. There is a vertical crack in one of the basement walls that goes all the way down. While there isn't any water coming in yet the homeowners wanted to take some precautionary measures. 

Our system design specialist did a thorough inspection inside and outside the home to come up with a solution that would fix the cracking wall and suit the homeowners. A customer had issues with the concrete in front of his house so he called our team. We installed PolyLevel, a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using  polyurethane foam. This foam expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete back to its original position. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.
