Concrete Leveling and Lifting in Richland, MI
Alan and Janet needed the concrete in their garage fixed in order to prevent their wall from bowing. So we installed PolyLevel, a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.
PolyLevel Saves Richland, MI Driveway and Garage
Jodi and Rick have lived in their house for years. The concrete slabs in the garage were poured in the 70s and were severely cracked and sinking. They had them lifted once before in the 90s, but it dint last very long and ended up just making matters worse. The couple called Ayers for an inspection and our crew knew we could take care of this for them easily with PolyLevel and NexusPro.
The PolyLevel system is used to repair sinking concrete by drilling minuscule holes into the slab and filling them with foam. The foam raises the slab and fortifies it to make it last even longer. NexusPro is a sealant that fills the cracks in the concrete. It is extremely withstanding to harsh weather so it will remain intact for years.
Jodi and Rick were so grateful to Ayers for finally being able to take care of this problem permanently. They can go into this winter knowing the cracks won’t destroy the driveway and garage.
GeoLock Anchors Repairs Foundation Issues in 118 Year-Old Home in Knox, IN
Jennie's 118-year-old home had cracks and deterioration that needed to be professionally addressed. She had previous work done with Ayers and loved the results, so she trusted us to repair her foundation issues. We sent a crew to her home for a free inspection to determine the best solution. Our solution was to install GeoLock Anchors. These anchors will ensure the walls remain upright and are installed by excavating the ground around the home. Anchors are then placed along the outside of the basement walls and will be held in place by steel drives. The other side of the wall will have a large metal plate that aligns with the anchor and is bolted together. This bolt is tightened so this constant pressure pulls the wall into place. This system ensures the walls won't bow any further from the outside soil pressure. Now Jennie has assured the support of her home with this foundation repair solution in action!
Port Huron, MI Home Stabilized with Support Posts for Bouncy Floors
James and Donna noticed their floors shaking whenever they walked, particularly in the living room. Concerned about the stability of their home, they called Ayers Basement Systems for a free inspection. The inspection revealed that the support beams in their crawl space were sloping, which was causing the uneven floors. To fix this, we installed SmartJack support posts to level and stabilize the floors. Now, James and Donna enjoy walking on solid, stable floors, free from the noise and worry of anything breaking.
Wall Anchors Stabilize Bowing Wall in Lawton, MI
This homeowner called because his foundation basement wall was bowing and had continued to get worse over the course of many years. To fix this bowing wall problem, we decided to install the Geo-Lock wall anchor system to fully stabilize his wall and hopefully return it to its original position.
The Geo-Lock anchor system is installed by digging out the soil outside of your home in order to place a galvanized steel anchor into the soil. That anchor is then connected to steel rods located on a steel plate in the basement wall, which will hold the foundation wall in place. The backfill and sod are both replaced during this installation and the anchors can be tightened over time to hopefully shift the wall back to its original position.
