This review is for Blade, Ron, and Everett, who worked on my foundation repair. They were all excellent and got a difficult job done through persistence and knowledge.

Justin was terrific- he explained the process and made us feel comfortable. The crew was made up of such great guys! They worked hard and fast, were super nice, and Payton was super patient with all of our questions.

Usually I would call multiple companies to make a sound decision on which service providers to use. In this case, due to the professionalism and information presented, I used Ayers without other investigation. Definitely a compliment to your internal staff.

I met the Ayers rep at the MSU Lansing Home Show and set up an inspection. A year ago I had contacted 4 other companies and none of them were interested in the job. Ayers had exactly the technology needed to fix things.  I was VERY impressed with the foreman (Evan) and assistant (Austin). They were here twice; once for garage repair and once for deck piers. 2 other helpers were in attendance at various times and did well. Evan was very knowledgeable about the project and the options and instilled a lot of confidence. He and his crew worked smoothly and constantly, exhibiting an extremely positive work ethic. Both Evan and Austin quickly tackled physically demanding jobs and kept at them until satisfactorily completed. It was a pleasure to have young men such as these do the work and to be able to relax and know it was going to be done correctly. The jobs were a bit unique; a concrete block garage collapsing into the creek was stabilized, and a large deck that had tilted was restored to level and made secure. The deck overhung a steep creek bank and required some creative, difficult work. Evan and Austin are definitely valuable assets for the company. The crew attended to all details in a very systematic fashion. They cleaned up all that was expected of them. The quality of the work appears to be top notch.

The quality of Ayers' workmanship in the foundation repair work of our house was outstanding. Adam and his crew were polite, on time and hard working. Our basement was left in great shape. No piles of sand or dirt were left. Now our house has been lifted to the original position, and we look forward to no more problems. We are finally getting the drywall in our house fixed. Although this drywall work is expensive, it's a great feeling to know that our house is now on solid "piers" and it will never crack apart again. Thanks to Ayers for a job well done.

My wife and I could not be more pleased with the trio of men who worked in our basement and its two crawl spaces last week. We were so impressed with Payton, Joshua, and Gary. If they represent the quality of people Ayers hires and retains, your management team should be immensely proud of its selection and training process.  In short, they were terrific. Their knowledge, work ethic, and customer interactions were among the best we've ever experienced. Our home is a 127-year-old Victorian and, believe me, we've seen plenty of workers come and go over the years - it hasn't always been the proverbial picnic.  All three men could not have been more courteous, interested in keeping us informed, and patient with our lack of understanding in these matters. They were a joy to have in our home.  As to the quality of their work, we believe it to be top notch and our local construction expert agrees.  Suffice it to say we couldn't be happier. Should any other repairs of this kind require professional intervention, we want the three amigos from Ayers to do the work. 

The crew performing the job were extremely professional. Called ahead of time, were on sight when expected, listened as I explained my concerns, had everything they needed, informed me before doing anything that was a change to the job scope and did a wonderful job including cleanup. 

Ken was very informative. We read the book that was sent to me which helped me ask the right questions. The crew that did the install in our home were great and very polite! They informed of us everything they were doing every step of the way.  We chose Ayers because out of 3 estimates, Ken was the only one who actually took the time to look and  explain in depth what was needed. He answered all of my questions and we knew we were in good hands by the way he spoke with such knowledge and such confidence that the uneasiness of having the work done had left. The book that was sent to me was awesome! I read the entire book front to back! It helped me with my other estimates. I knew what questions to ask and what the answers should be concerning. I was thankful for it!  Ayers transformed my crawlspace from an unpleasant environment to completely finished with their CleanSpace product. My floors are warmer, the earth smell is gone and my home is cleaner with less dust. I have a fear of rodents, snakes or any other animal getting down in my crawlspace. We had the Ayers system installed in October and after the May rains the basement is still completely dry even though we have had standing water in our side yard for three weeks. Justin was out today to fix a minor problem with our outside drain and did a great job!
