Terry Ortez and his crew installed a waterproofing system in our basement yesterday. The team arrived on time, were professional, and were conscious of dust and dirt as they laid down runners to reduce tracking it in hallway. We have dreaded rain because it meant endless trips of ShopVac vacuuming and emptying. We haven't had rain yet but I'm looking forward to not having to vacuum it up after when it does rain!

I am very satisfied with my job; the crew was top notch. They worked fast and really knew what they were doing. We chose Ayers Basement Systems due to a good reputation for quality work.

I just wanted to take the time to thank you for all your help regarding the decision to clean up my crawl space. The results are amazing. The crawl space looks, and smells great. The air is fresh and humidity is gone. After reading the Book "CrawlSpace Science" , we came away with information you never even think about. The dehumidifier and sump pump are working fine. As a customer, I am very satisfied that all my questions were answered in a timely manner, and my requests regarding unforeseen issues were granted without question. I will gladly recommend Ayers Basement Systems to all potential customers. Other residents on the bay will be told about this system. Our home in Northern Michigan means a lot to my wife and myself. The potential damage to the foundation could have been very costly.

I didn't even look anywhere else. Before the rep, Keith Bond, arrived, I had received an introductory packet with his bio and photograph as well as literature explaining the various processes the company uses, so I was prepared when the rep arrived to discuss my nees. After reviewing the packet and speaking with him, I had no doubts htis was the company to use. They wre very well organized and professional. The installation crew definitely "wowed" me. Doug, Gage, Jordan, and Josh: you guys did a wonderful job! Thank you! If I decide to have addtional work done in the future or hear of anyone that does, I would definitely recommend your crew. 

The installation crew at Ayers Basement Systems was hard working and knew what they were doing. Covered areas with plastic-cleaned and washed floors down; very professional. Price was very competitive- didn't try to push more product that we didn't need- very thorough on every detail prior to agreement.

Thank you so much for personally coming to help with our wet basement. We know how busy you must be and for you to have taken so much time to help us - it's no wonder Ayers Basement Systems is such a success!! We are grateful for your help and even more so for your friendship.

The crew was very professional and the installation was fast. They did a nice job with clean-up and did an overall ooutstanding job. 

Normally during snow melt we would have water in our basement. However, this most recent melt isn't a concern for us anymore. Our representative was very good; knowledgeable about product; able to tell what we needed. The crew was on time and even called the first day before arrival. We were amazed at how quickly the job was completed! Liked having a written estimate.

The complete staff at Ayers Basements Systems was very courteous and knowledgeable about the job. Everything was cleaned up and neat when they left. I am very happy with the way things appeared when the job was completed.

Dear Mr. Ayers, I would like to highly commend David and his crew helper. They were at my house on Wednesday (April 22, 2015), to complete the work left on my crawl space project. They were good natured and hard working. You can be proud to have them represent your company in work ethics and quality of work performed.

I would like to commend the employees of Ayers who were involved in the extensive basement/crawl space project at The Jean Bradford Kline Senior Center. Our building is old, and it was well past the time to address water issues when we first contacted Greg Carey. He put together an excellent presentation to show our Board of Directors and members to help them understand what we would need to do to fix our multiple water problems. Dillon Birchmeier and his crew did an excellent job, worked quickly and efficiently, and were very porfessional. They took time to explain to members who asked just what they were doing, which we appreciated. They were professional and personable. Greg stopped by over the course of the project to answer questions that I had,and keep abreast of the progress. We are still waiting on the concrete raising, but understand that weather has been a factor in delaying that part of our repairs. I just wanted to say what a great job Dan Bemman and Rich Wallace did yesterday on a service call to my home. Both are outstanding individuals that understand customer service. They represented Ayers well and lived up to the claim you made to me when I agreed to have you do the work on my crawl space. That claim was that Ayers operates with the utmost of integrity, believes in and stands by its product, workmanship, service and most importantly its customers.

In addition to the ratings and reviews I read online, Mr. Schoenleber's evident knowledge of the business, his gentlemanly and patient presentation, and his restraint from pushing a product on me when cost was weighed against other home projects in the making gave me confidence in the professionalism and honesty of your company.

Dear Mr. Ayers, Finally, I have my crawl space flooding problem solved, thank you Ayers basement Systems. Well, that is if during the next healthy rain the crawl space doesn't flood. Tom Bronson visited me after I contacted your company and I do want to tell you, Tom did an outstanding job of inspecting my crawl space and recommending a solution. He communicated prior to his visit (one of my top priorities in selecting a company) and after the job was completed. He was competent, knowledgeable, and did a great job of explaining what was to be done and how and of course the cost. I was completely satisfied in his presentation.  The job was scheduled for around the 19th of January, however, it was moved up to the 29th of December. I was contacted by your Service Department, communication, I love it! Nathaniel Monear, foreman and his team arrived after Nate had called, great! They took the better part of two days to accomplish the task of water proofing my crawl space. A great job, no doubt about it. Nate is extremely competent, efficient, and courteous and wasted no time in completing a daunting task. You have a top-rated professional in Nate. He knows his job and performs it with perfection. I am totally satisfied with the work the team did. He made sure that I was satisfied with the cleanup process prior to their leaving and I was. No question about it, a job extremely well done.
