Radon Mitigated in Hutchinson, MN
A homeowner in Hutchinson, MN, worried their home's radon levels were alarmingly high. Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that is emitted from rocks and soil. Additionally, radon can be found anywhere one arch and emissions can vary based on local geography. Hoping to find a professional to provide them with a solution, the homeowner began looking into "radon mitigation systems near me". One of the first companies to catch their attention was us, American Waterworks. After taking a closer look at our radon before and after photos, the homeowner knew we were their best option. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Tony. About a week later, Tony arrived at the home and started the appointment. First, Tony placed a radon test to discover the homes' radon levels. While the radon test was being completed, Tony began looking for the best place to install the Radon Mitigation System. After the test was completed, it showed that the levels were alarmingly high. To eliminate the threat, Tony recommended installing a Radon Mitigation System in front of the home. Knowing this was their best plan of action, the homeowner decided to go ahead with the recommendations. Next, Tony passed the proposal to our Logistics team to give the final stamp of approval. Once the plans were approved, the project was scheduled with our Foreman, Dakota, and his crew. A few weeks later, Dakota and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. Once they arrived, Dakota and his crew began by installing the Radon Mitigation System on the wall. Once the Radon Mitigation System was installed, Dakota and his crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with their excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to eliminate radon risks in its customers' homes.
Interior Drainage System Installed in Kiester, MN
Heather A. of Kiester, MN had water seeping from her floor joists, making her worry about her home conditions, especially during harsh weather conditions. She called our office and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Jared Bruns. Jared went to her home, carefully inspected her water problem, and came up with a solution that fit her needs and budget. She was confident with Jared's solution of our WaterGuard Drainage System, so she went ahead with the project.
Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. Homeowners appreciate how quickly this system is installed because it is done with minimal removal of the slab and all of the removed concrete is restored during the installation. So, just like that, Kiko and his team covered the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete.
