Once the plans were approved, the project was scheduled with our Foreman, Dakota, and his crew. A few weeks later, Dakota and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. Once they arrived, Dakota and his crew began by installing the Radon Mitigation System on the wall. Once the Radon Mitigation System was installed, Dakota and his crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with their excellent work completed by the crew. Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. Homeowners appreciate how quickly this system is installed because it is done with minimal removal of the slab and all of the removed concrete is restored during the installation. So, just like that, Kiko and his team covered the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete.
