Eileen and Jerry B. of Lancaster, MN had water leaking into their basement, and they wanted to get it repaired as soon as possible. They got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Richie Noreen. Richie went to their home, carefully inspected their project, and came up with a solution that fit their needs. Eileen and Jerry were confident with the solution of our WaterGuard System, so they went ahead with the project.

Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team began the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a waterway trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is designed to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. To complete the project, our team covered the open waterway gaps with rock and applied new concrete. Eileen and Jerry were happy with the repairs and had a great experience! Next, our team installed our Foamax Wall Panels around the basement wall perimeter, which is a special foam insulation that saves money on energy costs and gives the basement a neat, clean appearance. To complete the project, our team filled the open-floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them. James was happy with the work that was completed!
