Mike S. in Nerstrand, MN had water seeping into his basement from the ground and the walls. It had caused damage to his home and made the basement an unlivable space. Our crew removed the concrete perimeter of the basement and laid the WaterGuard drainage system. This system guides water properly to the sump pump, which then discharges the water to the outside of the home. Then, our CleanSpace barrier was installed, which protects the walls from any water seeping and from mold growing. It slowly fills voids left by soil erosion and, in the process, lifts the concrete back to it's desired location. Gary went on to say that he recommended sealing off the concrete with our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied directly to the cracks and joints in the newly lifted concrete and acts as a barrier to keep unwanted moisture out. The homeowner agreed with Gary's recommendations and scheduled the job on the spot.
