Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Ryan. Once Ryan arrived, he began the thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, Ryan confirmed that the space was suffering from water intrusion. To prevent the issues from worsening, Ryan recommended waterproofing the entire space. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Ryan to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Lane, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, Lane and his crew started by securing WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. Once the WaterGuard was secured, Kiko and his crew installed the TripleSafe, one of our elite sump pump systems. Finally, Kiko and his crew completed the project by installing CleanSpace on the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
