Once he arrived, Ryan inspected the current sump pump and discovered it was time for a replacement. Once the plan of action was decided, it was then sent to the assigned crew to complete the job. Our Foreman, Jesus, and his crew received the plans and traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, the crew took out the old sump. As soon as the old sump pump was removed, the crew put the TripleSafe sump pump into place. Our Foreman, Jose, and his production team began the project by digging out the soil around the existing window, forming a large hole to fit the egress into. These window wells provide rigid construction that doesn't collapse from the backfill or allow water to leak through the well walls. to complete the installation, our team backfilled the soil around the egress, ensuring that their working space was neater than when they found it. Toni and Bonnie were thrilled with the completion and their peace of mind was restored!

Next, our crew installed our ZenWall Insulated Panels around the entire basement wall perimeter, which gives the basement a finished look benefits your home by adding insulation and creating a heat-reflective vapor barrier on the walls. To complete the project, our crew filled the open gaps with river rock and applied a new layer of concrete over them.
