A homeowner in Lime Springs, IA, knew it was time to schedule their annual maintenance appointment. Hoping to schedule it before the heavy rain season, the homeowner called our service team to get it scheduled. Once their appointment was scheduled, one of our Service Technicians, Jack, was scheduled to travel to the home the following week. After Jack arrived, he started by inspecting the products previously installed in the basement. Once Jack confirmed all the products were running properly. However, Jack discovered several walls were water-damaged and needed to be permanently waterproofed. Jack presented his solution to the homeowner and they agreed. Once Jack received the homeowner's approval, he sent the proposal to our Logistics team to build and schedule the project. Our Logistics team finalized the plans, then they were scheduled to with our Foreman, Juan, and his crew. A month later, Juan and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. Juan and his crew started the project by installing WaterGuard along the south basement wall. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted their focus to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the SuperSump+. Finally, the crew completed the project by installing CleanSpace on the unfinished basement wall. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew, so they left a five-star review. A homeowner from Stewartville, MN contact us when they began to notice unwanted cold air entering their crawl space, creating an energy inefficient space. When they called in, we set them up with our FREE estimate, entitling them to a thorough inspection by one of our System Design Specialists, Pete. After Pete finished his walkthrough, he made his recommendations as to how we could help.
