Jessica S. of Goodridge, MN had water leaking into her basement, making her worry about the safety and health of her home. She heard about American Waterworks and called our front office to schedule a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ian Schultz. Ian went to her home her, inspected her problems, and came up with a solution that fit her needs and budget. To begin the project, our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team broke out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, collect water seepage from basement walls, and act as an underground drainage system that leads to the sump pump. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter, which is made to prevent mold and humidity build-up, and give the basement a neat and clean appearance. To complete the project, Corey and his team covered the open floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it. Jessica was happy with the repairs and loved the transformation!

First, the crew isntalled Drainage Matting on the crawl space floor. After the Drainage Matting was secured, the crew installed CleanSpace on top of the Drainage Matting. Our Foreman, Mason Chamberlin, and his production crew broke out the concrete around the pre-existing sump pump and replaced it with our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which is our best sump pump we have and it provides three levels of protection. Laurel no longer has any leakage problems and now has a restored peace of mind! 

A Burrnsville, MN homeowner was concerned about the effects his damp crawl space had on his home and his health, so he contacted the experts at American Waterworks for free consultation and on-site estimate. Jeremy noticed some mold that had built up over time due to excessive moisture that is commonly found in improperly ventilated areas of the home.  

After the mold remediation was complete, We installed a waterproof polystyrene insulation known as SilverGlo to hold back moisture from the crawl space walls.  Any excess moisture build up will then drain underneath a CleanSpace drainage matting system that directs the water flooding into his crawl space to the new SuperSump sump pump system and then removed from the home.
