Tom from Crosby, ND had begun to notice a large amount of water finding its way into the basement of his lakeside home. He was tired of constant water intrusion and was afraid that, if left untreated, he would run the risk of doing more costly damage to the space. He did some research and found our company and gave us a call. When he called in, we set him up with our FREE estimate. A few weeks later our Design Specialist, Kole, headed out to the property to see what could be done to fix the issue. Once he completed his walkthrough, he recommended that Tom have our WaterGuard drainage system and TripleSafe Sump Pump installed to correct the issue. He explained to Tom that the WaterGuard is installed below the floor to catch any water entering the space, and then deposits it to the TripleSafe, keeping the space dry because of the capacity the TripleSump is able to withstand. Our Foreman, Kevin, ended up installing 128 ft of our WaterGuard, and 1 of our TripleSafe sump pumps. Once the job was completed, Tom was happy to know his basement water issues were in the past.

Our PowerBraces are made to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten them over time. Over time, homeowners can manually tighten our PowerBraces to make the bowing or tilting wall more vertical. The project took less than a day, and Luke was happy with the repairs!
