Once the estimate was finalized, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Brady, one of our Design Specialists. Brady arrived at the home and started his thorough investigation of the basement. During his inspection, Brady found several areas where the home was suffering the most. To prevent the water intrusion from continuing, Brady recommended fully waterproofing the entire space. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner decided to go ahead with Brady's recommendations. Once the homeowner approved Brady's plans, he passed them along to our Logistics team for the final stamp of approval. Our Logistics team built and scheduled the project, then it was assigned to our Foreman, Matt, and his crew. Matt and his crew traveled to Calmar and began by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Next, the crew shifted their focus to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the SuperSump+. Then, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Finally, the crew completed the project by installing an Aprilaire E100. As soon as all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. Once the WaterGuard was installed, the crew took installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump to tie into the new drain system. Then, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. To wrap up the project, the crew installed the IceGuard on the outside discharge line. Once all the projects were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The Val Croix Home Owner’s Association in Stillwater, MN contacted American Waterworks after being referred by a previous satisfied customer. The condominium had water seeping into the underground garage. The association knew they needed a permanent solution, and our Design Specialist, Dylan Woitas, was happy to evaluate the situation and propose a solution to fit their needs. 

Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production crew began the waterproofing project by removing the concrete along the perimeter of the water-damaged wall to make a trench for our WaterGuard drainage system. Next, they installed our SuperSump sump pump in the corner, and our BrightWall rigid plastic paneling along the walls. BrightWall is 100% waterproof, durable, washable, and will not support the growth of mold or rot. The association is pleased with the results and confident they chose the best solution! 

The culvert underneath two concrete slabs sunk several inches at Mark D.'s home in Stillwater, MN. He got in contact with American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, James W. James went to Mark's home, inspected the problem, and proposed 154 pounds of our PolyLevel, which is a special foam insulation that levels and stabilizes the concrete surface. Mark was confident in the product and its features, so he moved forward with the project. 

Our Foreman, Dylon M., and his crew member went about the project, injected the PolyLevel, and raised the concrete several inches to get the slabs leveled and stabilized. Mark was happy with the work and could not believe the transformation!
