Daniel was confident in Jesse's proposal of our CleanSpace Encapsulation Vapor Barrier, so he went ahead with the project and scheduled an installation date. 

Our Foreman, Geno, and his crew member, Dakota, installed 405 square feet of our CleanSpace to encapsulate the crawl space, which is a water protectant barrier that saves energy costs and prevents mold or humidity. The homeowner was happy with the work that was completed and had a great experience with our team.

Stacie C. of Chatfield, MN had water leaking through the walls of her basement. After hearing about us through a referral, she called our office line and set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Tim Schneider. Tim went to her home, inspected the problem, and came up with a solution. Stacie was comfortable with the project, so she went ahead and scheduled the installation date. 

Our Foreman, Dylon VanCanneyt, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete perimeter of the basement floor, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed 30 feet of our WaterGuard System which is made to collect water seepage from basement walls and act like an underground drain. Next, our team applied 30 feet of our CleanSpace Wall System around the wall perimeter which prevents mold, mildew, and humidity. It also provides the basement space with a neat and clean look. To complete the project, Dylon and his crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Stacie had a remarkable experience from start to finish! 

After a heavy thunderstorm, a homeowner in Chatfield, MN, noticed water damage and stains throughout their basement. A few weeks later, Ryan arrived at the home and began the detailed walk-through of the basement. During the inspection, Ryan confirmed that water was leaking through the walls. Additionally, Ryan found that the walls were suffering from bowing and needed repair. To prevent this issue from continuing, Ryan suggested waterproofing and stabilizing the basement. The homeowner agreed with Ryan's recommendations, so he passed the proposal to our Logisitics team to give the final stamp of approval. Our Logisitics team built and scheduled the project, then the plans were assigned to our Foreman, Lane, and his crew. A few weeks later, Lane and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Lane and his crew started by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to installing 11 GeoLock Wall Anchors on the walls. Next, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Finally, the crew completed the installation by taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew. Next, the crew removed all the debris from the dirt floor. Once the debris was cleared the crew placed the drainage matting on the crawl space floor. Then, CleanSpace was installed across the floor and up the crawl space walls. Additionally, Foamax was installed around the perimeter of the crawl space. Finally, Sprayfoam was injected around the fuller perimeter of the crawl space joist pockets. The homeowners were impressed by the work completed by the crew. First, Raul and his crew installed WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. After the WaterGuard was secured, the crew began installing the new sump pump. Raul and his crew installed the TripleSafe in the correct position. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
