Radon Mitigation Installers in Rochester, MN
In Rochester, MN, a homeowner had learned that radon is a toxic gas that comes from the soil beneath the home, negatively impacting one's health. Concerned their family was unknowingly breathing in the toxic gas, they decided to visit their local hardware store to purchase a radon testing kit and test the radon levels in their home. After a couple of days, the test results were above 4pCi/L, which is the recommended action level by the EPA, and the homeowner contacted us to schedule their FREE estimate.
In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Brad W, arrived at the home for the inspection. During the inspection, he took a close look at the layout of the home and worked closely with the homeowner on the best placement of our radon mitigation system. Brad recommended having the fan installed on the exterior of the home and having it connect to the concrete floor in the basement. This is designed this way so that our system can suction out the radon-rich air beneath the foundation and expel it above the roofline before it can enter the home. Confident in our team, the homeowner decided to move forward with the project.
In about a month, our Foreman, Dakota M., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. After the crew successfully installed the system, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

Since uranium is in soil, it makes radon unavoidable. Worried that his family was breathing in the toxic fumes, he decided to look into services in the area. He quickly contacted us to claim his FREE estimate and scheduled an appointment with our Design Specialist.
In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, James N., arrived at the home to start the radon monitoring test. He set this test up in the lowest level of the home and explained to the homeowner that the test would need to run for at least 48 hours. James reassured the homeowner that his decision to have the home tested was good as we cannot see, touch, smell, taste, or hear radon. He further explained that we offer a radon mitigation system that uses a large-diameter plastic pipe that suctions out the air beneath your foundation and vents it outdoors. The homeowner was thankful for James's permanent solution to prevent dangerous radon levels in the future.
In about a week, the test results came back above 4 pCi/L, which is the Environmental Protection Agency's required action level for radon. The homeowner contacted us to schedule the installment of our radon mitigation system.
In a couple of weeks, our Radon Sales & Service Technician, Jackson P., arrived at the home for the installation. When he finished installing the system, the homeowner was relieved he no longer had to worry about breathing in the toxic fumes.
