We sent one of our Design Specialists, Ryan Powell, to inspect her home and provide her with the best solution. Ryan developed a thorough, unique proposal to permanently restore her foundation. Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production crew drilled small holes through the failing block foundation and into the soil surrounding the home. They secured each end of the metal rods with anchor plates and tightened them as far as they would go. Wall anchors should be tightened over time to continue the process of straightening the damaged wall. Having wall anchors installed saved this foundation from failing completely and now Christina’s peace of mind is restored knowing her foundation is permanently stabilized.

Using wall anchors, our production crew drilled small holes through the failing block foundation and into the soil surrounding the home. In order to straighten the wall, they had to dig out the soil pushing against the foundation. They secured each end of the metal rods with anchor plates and tightened them as far as they would go. This process gradually straightened the foundation wall, and permanently secured it. Bill was pleased with the entire process and is glad he made the investment to restore the value of his home!

Our Foreman, Rene Hernandez, and his production team dug seven holes outside of the home and installed our GeoLock Wall Anchors. To do this, they inserted a long, medal rod in each hole from the outside soil to the inside foundation wall, and tightened an anchor on the ends of each rod. Our GeoLock Wall Anchors are designed to pull the walls back into their natural position. To complete the project, Rene and his team back filled the holes and replaced the soil.
