Sinking Walkway Lifted with PolyLevel in Grafton, ND

A homeowner in Grafton, ND, noticed that her walkway was sinking and slightly tilting down on one side. She decided to search for concrete services in the area and found our website. After browsing our website, she was impressed with our before and after photos and decided to schedule her FREE no-obligation estimate.

In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, Dylan J., arrived at the home to assess the walkway. He explained to the homeowner that one of the common causes of a sinking walkway is soil washout. When it rains or floods, water moves through the ground beneath the concrete slab. As this happens, it washes away the soil supporting the concrete slab and, over time, leads to gaps in the soil. To fix this issue, Dylan recommended our PolyLevel, a high-density polyurethane formula designed to lift heavy loads, to lift the concrete slabs. The homeowner was grateful for his explanation and decided to move forward with the project.

In about a month, our Foreman, Charlie C., and his crew arrived at the home. They began by drilling small holes into the slabs and placing the injection ports. Once those were installed, they injected PolyLevel beneath the slab. The PolyLevel then expands, causing the slab to lift. Lastly, the crew ensures the slabs are level before sealing the holes with concrete. After the crew was done, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

Cracked Driveway Fixed in East Grand Forks, MN

A homeowner in East Grand Forks, MN was frustrated with his driveway for two main reasons. First, over time he had noticed it had sunk at the top and caused water to pool up towards the garage rather than run down the driveway. Second, a large crack that had formed and spread throughout the width of the concrete slabs. Rather than let the problem sit and possibly get worse, he decided to take action and find a reasonable solution for it. He went online to look for companies in her area by searching "concrete repair MN" and found the American Waterworks company website. He quickly became interested in our FREE estimate appointments, so he signed up for his own. Later, one of our expert Design Specialists, Richie Noreen, visited the home and carried out a detailed inspection of the driveway. Richie determined that our concrete repair products, PolyLevel solution and NexusPro sealant, would be the perfect way to restore the space.
