Sharon M. of Round Lake, MN had sunken and cracked concrete on her front stoop and she wanted to get it repaired rather than replaced. She found American Waterworks and worked with our Design Specialist, Brain Ramirez. Brian wrote up a proposal for our PolyLevel and NexusPro, which are two of our main concrete products. Sharon was confident in the systems, so she followed through with the project. 

Our Foreman, Dylon Mish, and his crew member injected our PolyLevel beneath the concrete, which is designed to raise the concrete and stabilize the surface to its natural position. Next, our crew applied our NexusPro over the crack, which is made to prevent water moisture from seeping underneath the concrete. It also gives the concrete a nice, clean finish.

Homeowners in Marshall, MN noticed the concrete in the corner near their front door was getting lower and lower over time. The concrete was sinking! Concrete is extremely heavy and if the soil beneath it is not strong enough to bare the weight, the floor will begin to sink. Luckily this customer called American Waterworks. Our specialist visited the home to assess the situation. He suggest PolyLevel to be installed under the concrete. PolyLevel foam injection is much like mud jacking, but it is made up of expanding polymers and leaves only a dime size hole - which can be hidden.

A homeowner from Lakefield, MN, got in touch with us when she was in the process of updating her outdoor space. She had a large crack forming and had been sinking for years. Wanting to get her space updated, she decided to give us a call and set up her FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Tony B, headed out to the home.

PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath concrete slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back into place. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to the joints and cracks in the concrete, preventing any unwanted debris or moisture from getting below the slab. The homeowner agreed to the proposed work, and the job was scheduled for a few weeks later.
