Sidewalk Lifted in Rosemount, MN
A homeowner in Rosemount, MN, noticed the sidewalk leading to their front door was uneven and becoming a safety hazard. Knowing this issue would only worsen, the homeowner sought to have their sidewalk fully repaired. They began their search for a concrete repair company to complete their job. After all the details were secured, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Mike, to estimate the status of the sidewalk. Mike determined that the sidewalk was sinking and it would only worsen over time. To fix the issue, Mike suggested a solution that would lift the sidewalk and repair all the cracks and joints throughout. The homeowners agreed with Mike's suggestions and production commenced. Our Foreman, Ryan, and his crew arrived at the home and began installing the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injecting serum. The PolyLevel was inserted underneath the entire sidewalk. Next, the crew moved on to fixing the NexusPro Sealant Repair Solution. Each joint in the sidewalk was removed and replaced with the NexusPro Solution, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and will stand up to harsh weather conditions. After all the joints and cracks were filled, the crew could clean up their materials and move on to their next project. The homeowners were thankful for the great work completed by the crew. Damaged Concrete Walkway Repaired in Mantorville, MN
A homeowner in Mantorville, MN, noticed that his walkway had begun settling and caused cracks to form. Worried it would be a trip hazard for friends and family, he decided to look into concrete lifting and leveling in the area and found our website. After browsing our website and seeing that we offer FREE estimates, he decided to contact us and schedule his.
In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, Darin S., arrived at the home to thoroughly inspect the concrete. During the inspection, he noticed that there was some soil washout underneath the slabs. He explained to the homeowner that soil washout is when water moves through the ground and washes away the supporting soils, keeping the slabs upright. To fix this issue, Darin recommended our PolyLevel, a waterproof expanding foam to lift the slabs, and NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant to seal the joints and repair the cracks. The homeowner happily agreed and scheduled the installation date.
In about a month, Sam K., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. PolyLevel is installed by drilling small holes into the concrete slabs and inserting injection ports into the holes. PolyLevel is then injected using an injection gun, filling in the empty spaces in the soil. Once the slab has been lifted to the desired level, the crew seals the holes with cement. Lastly, they used NexusPro to seal the joints and repair cracks.
