A Dalbo, MN, homeowner was walking up his walkway one morning when he took a tumble over his front stoop. This was odd to the homeowner, as the slab was supposed to be flush with the walkway. Upon a deeper look, he noticed that his concrete walkway appeared to be sinking! It was pulling away from the front stoop, resulting in his trip. He hopped on the internet and searched for 'concrete leveling near me'. Gary completed his inspection, and when he finished, he informed the homeowner that we could address the issue using our PolyLevel injection. Gary explained that PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sinking concrete. It fills voids left by soil erosion and, in the process, lifts concrete back to its desired location. Gary went on to say that he wanted to protect the lift with our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied directly to the cracks and joints in the concrete and works to stand up against harsh weather conditions. The homeowner agreed with the proposed work and scheduled the job for some time later.

Ron M. of Monticello, MN had uneven concrete on his front porch. He wanted it fixed up before the end of summer, so he called American Waterworks to set up a Free Estimate. We sent out our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson, to inspect the concrete and come up with a solution. Our foreman, Troy Johnson, and his production crew began the concrete repair by injecting our PolyLevel below the concrete to fill the gaps and stabilize the surface. A homeowner in Monticello, MN, disliked the look of their uneven and separating concrete slabs. Worried this issue would worsen, the homeowner knew they needed to find a permanent solution. They repeated this process numerous times until the driveway and walkways were raised back to their original position. Next, they filled the holes with fresh concrete, sealed the cracks with our Nexus Pro sealant, and cleaned up the work area. Pat was pleased with the results and is glad she can now enjoy a safe driveway and patio for years to come!
